$20K House II - Built in 2006 by Auburn University’s Rural Studio as part of their outreach architecture program which creates attractive, affordable housing for impoverished residents of Hale County, Alabama.  Each home is designed to be assembled in less than a month by 3 students with only hand tools and no prior construction experience.
